Cushings Syndrome:
-muscle wasting
-weakness
-osteoporosis
-central obesity
-abdominal striae
-glucose intolerance
-hypertension
-altered mental status
-spironolactone (aldosterone anatagonist, K+ sparring)
-potassium supplementation
-hypervolemic patient therefore avoid fluid overload
-hypokalemic patient therefore metabolic alkalosis
